Welcome to springbackpeptides.com (the "Site"), operated by SpringBack ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, browsing, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm you meet that requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Products and pricing
We sell Springback 101 Power Peptides, a cosmetic skincare product, in single-bottle and multi-bottle packs.
All prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes and duties, which are calculated at checkout or charged on delivery depending on your location.
We try to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but we do not warrant that every detail is error-free. Colors may appear differently on different screens.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfill it at the wrong price. We'll tell you before doing so.
We may change prices, discontinue a product, or limit order quantities at any time without notice.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation email. Until then, no contract exists between us.
We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where an order appears to be for resale, where a pricing or stock error has occurred, or where we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we refund you in full.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card number. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is free on every order with no minimum. We aim to deliver within 3 days of your order. Delivery estimates shown on the Site are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and holidays. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
If your order doesn't arrive, or tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, contact us and we'll open a claim with the carrier and get a replacement moving.
6. Returns and refunds
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered.
Single-bottle orders may be returned opened or unopened. For multi-bottle orders, we ask that any unopened bottles come back unopened. Return shipping is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns, and by us where an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of your return arriving and go back to your original payment method. There is no restocking fee.
To start a return, email us with your order number.
7. Cosmetic product — important
Springback 101 Power Peptides is a cosmetic product, not a drug or medical treatment.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Results vary between individuals. Anything we say about timing or outcomes describes typical experience, not a promised result for you specifically.
Before you use it: review the full ingredient list on the product page. If you have sensitive or reactive skin, patch test on your inner forearm first. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under medical care, speak to your doctor before starting any new skincare product.
Nothing on the Site is medical advice.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to break any law; resell our products without written permission; interfere with the Site's operation or security; scrape, crawl, or harvest data; submit false or fraudulent orders; or impersonate anyone else.
We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who does.
9. Reviews and submissions
If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with our business, including in marketing.
You confirm the content is yours to give, is accurate, and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove any submission at our discretion.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, photography, graphics, logos, and the Springback name and branding — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.
11. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpringBack and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may still have the benefit of mandatory protections under your local law.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on the Site when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. We'll revise the "Last updated" date when we make changes.
17. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us.

This Privacy Policy explains how SpringBack ("Springback," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit or make a purchase from springbackpeptides.com (the "Site").
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We do not receive or store your full payment card number. Card details are collected and processed directly by our payment providers.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site we automatically collect certain technical information, including IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, referring website or search term, pages viewed and links clicked, and time zone and general location derived from IP address. This is collected using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 4).
2. How we use your information
