Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SpringBack ("Springback," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit or make a purchase from lumeaskinritual.com (the "Site").
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you place an order, contact us, or sign up for emails, you may provide: name; email address; billing and shipping address; phone number (if provided); order contents and history; and any message you send us directly.
We do not receive or store your full payment card number. Card details are collected and processed directly by our payment providers.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site we automatically collect certain technical information, including IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, referring website or search term, pages viewed and links clicked, and time zone and general location derived from IP address. This is collected using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 4).
2. How we use your information
To process, fulfill, and ship your orders; send order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notifications; respond to your questions and provide customer support; process returns and refunds under our 90-day guarantee; send marketing emails where you have opted in; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and chargebacks; understand how the Site is used so we can improve it; and comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property. If our business is sold or merged, customer information may transfer to the new owner as part of that transaction.
3. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and your information is processed there. If you are located outside the United States, including in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard for these transfers.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your cart, understand how the Site is used, and where applicable measure advertising.
- Strictly necessary — required for checkout, cart, and security. These cannot be turned off.
- Analytics — help us understand which pages are used and where people leave.
- Marketing — used to measure and target advertising, where applicable.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent checkout from working.
Some browsers send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Where required by law, we treat a GPC signal as a valid opt-out of the sharing of personal information for targeted advertising.
5. Marketing emails
If you opt in, we may send you emails about products, offers, and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by contacting us at customerhelpstore4@gmail.com.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional emails such as order confirmations and shipping notifications, which we need to send to fulfill your order.
6. Your rights
If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA) you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; request a copy of it; request deletion; request correction of inaccurate information; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
If you are in the EEA or UK (GDPR) you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our legal bases for processing are: performing our contract with you (fulfilling orders), your consent (marketing), our legitimate interests (fraud prevention, improving the Site), and compliance with legal obligations.
Other states. Residents of states including Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and Montana have comparable rights under their state privacy laws.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at customerhelpstore4@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
7. How long we keep information
We keep order and transaction records for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described here and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements — typically seven years from the date of purchase. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) across the Site and at checkout. Our payment processors are PCI-DSS compliant. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at customerhelpstore4@gmail.com and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our practices or for legal reasons. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated more prominently where required by law.
